Retha Virginia Moore, 52, of Fairmont passed away Friday, July 5, 2013 at Fairmont General Hospital.

She was born in Fairmont on August 1, 1960, a daughter of the late Rex and Wilma J. (Hawkins) Stutler Sr.

Retha was a loving homemaker and mother. She enjoyed driving and traveling.

She is survived by her son, Joseph Wesley Moore of Fairmont, one brother, Herbert Stutler and his wife Kathy of Fairmont, two sisters, Trena Shuck of Fairmont and Winefred Myers and her husband Dave of Fairmont and a brother-in-law, Junior Thorn of Fairmont.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Rex Junior Stutler, Gary Jon Stutler and Ernie Joel Stutler, one sister, Nonie Thorn and a brother-in-law, Howard Shuck.

Family and friends may call at Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant St. Fairmont on Wednesday from 10 am - 1 pm. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 1 pm with Pastor Jim Zinn officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Fairmont.
