On Oct. 10, 2016, Suz Anne Davis (55) passed away unexpectedly from natural causes at her home in Covington, Louisiana.

She was born on Nov. 25, 1960, in Fairmont.

She met her surviving partner of 41 years and husband of 37 years, Charles E. Davis, while attending East Fairmont High School. She and her family moved to Greensburg, Pennsylvania, in 1995 before moving back to Morgantown in 2008.

In 2015, she and her husband moved to Louisiana to start a new chapter in their lives.

She is also survived by her parents, Donald E. Moran and Doris V. (Rohr) Moran; her brother and spouse, Michael and Rosemary (Panici) Moran; and her daughter and fiancé, Stacia L. Davis and Edwin B. Conger Jr.

She was strong-willed and hardworking with a generous and kind heart.

Her memorial service will be planned at a later date.
